Makes: 1 serving

2 tbsp   Cheddar cheese, cubed 30 mL
1 tbsp   Fat-free mayonnaise 15 mL
½ tsp   Snipped fresh mint or thyme or 1/8 tsp dried 2 mL
2/3 cup   Peas, frozen 152 mL
1   Naturegg™ Hard-Cooked egg, chopped
¼ cup   Celery, chopped 57 mL

1. In a mixing bowl add mayo, mint or thyme. Add cubed cheese, frozen peas, egg, celery and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
