Makes: 12 servings

12   Burnbrae Farms™ Hard Boiled Eggs 12
¼ cup   Mayonnaise 50 mL
¼ cup   Dijon mustard 50 mL
1 tsp   White vinegar 5 mL
    Salt and pepper to taste  

1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove yolks, place in bowl and mash with fork.
2. Stir in ¼ cup each Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix well and refill whites with yolk mixture; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 
To garnish, top with capers, chives or parsley.
