Makes: 4 servings

1 tsp   cooking oil 5 mL
2 cups   Prestige Ultra Omega 3 Liquid Egg Product 500mL
1 cup   crumbled feta cheese 250mL
1 tbsp   snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. of dried dill 15 mL
1/8 tsp   black pepper .5mL
1 tbsp   butter or margarine 15 mL


1. In a medium mixing bowl whisk together eggs, feta, dill and pepper.
2. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet; pour in egg mixture. Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge. Lift and stir with a fork partially cooked egg mixture to scramble.
3. Continue cooking until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist. Remove from heat.
Serve with a side of bacon.
