2 cups   Milk 500 mL
¾ cup   Prestige™ Ultra™ Omega 3 Liquid Egg Product, well shaken 170 mL
1/3 cup   Sugar 75 mL
½ tsp   Salt 2 mL
½ tsp   Vanilla extract 2 mL
8 slices   White bread, without crusts, cut into 1” cubes 250 mL
1 tsp   Cinnamon 5 mL
Dash   Nutmeg
½ cup   Raisins 125 mL

1. Heat milk over low heat until hot, but not boiling. In a bowl, combine liquid eggs, sugar and salt – stir well. Gradually stir about ¼ of the hot milk into the egg mixture and stir in. Add remaining milk, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla.
2. Place bread cubes in an approx. 2 quart buttered baking dish, (sprinkle raisins over bread). Pour the milk mixture over the bread.
3. Combine cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over pudding mixture.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 300° F (xxC) degrees for about 50 minutes, or until a knife is inserted near the centre comes out clean.
5. Serve warm with vanilla sauce or other dessert sauce, if desired.
